replace back fence of property existing fence posts may be concrete and able to leave and use, replace rails and install timber pailings , not the cheap nasty thin rubbish , 20mm thick with 10mm gap between boards, goes without saying all H3. repair to soffit on left side of main garage door, some rotten timber. side of house by front porch drain pipe timber moulding on corner of house to be replaced and timber arch by laundry door to be fixed or replaced (rotten at base) also hinges on cuboard doors in kitchen are old and worn need to be replaced.
