Have a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home and I would like to extend it. The house is a --- s weatherboard bungalow sitting on a full site. We own the neighbouring section and wish to extend on to this section. Need a professional who can manage all aspects of the job from council permits etc. At this stage we are just after estimates/quotes to gage what sort of budget is required. We are wanting an approx 5x7m ext onto the end of the house to include a bifold door and window. Just require the shell of the extension to be done (including insulation/cladding etc) as all internal work will be done by us. Need to know how much a job like this would cost about?
