Fixing Bungalow Windows

Hi there, we have window frames that need to be fixed, so that they shut properly, seal properly (preventing drafts and those pesky cluster flies!), we would like to keep the original pane in most of the windows. Description: 3 bedrooms needed to be done each one with 2 opening windows and 2 upper smaller windows; the living room with 2 opening windows and 2 upper smaller ones and finally the bathroom with 1 single window with a small upper one.
