Looking for a builder to take over a renovation, 2-3 weeks for 3 guys, That starts in 4 to 5 weeks, there is work ready to go now if wanted. Mostly all gutted out. Just needs a tenancy wall built, framing and gibbing. Mostly internal work, a little bit of external work.. ill supply all the material so itll be labour only.
