Retaining wall near house

Hello, I'm looking to have a retaining wall built at my home in Marton, It will be approx 14m long with a maximum drop of ~1.5m. I would preferably like an engineer to design it due to the proximity to the house. The picture shows it will be sloped, higher on one end and shorter on the other. I also have several m3 of dirt and gravel that can be used to back fill. I would also like to build a deck in the same area after the wall is built.

Build shed to itm plans for custom pole shed.

Garages & Carports

The bank took too long to approve the top up so my previous quote from a builder here expired. Funds have been secured now. ITM have drawn up the plans for a 4 bay customised pole shed for my cars. Looking for registered builder with proper insurances. Getting plans rejigged this week as changed orientation of shed. I'm on SH1 north of Hunterville. Shed will have concrete floor and maybe some concrete outside the shed as well.

Deck ledger needs fixing

A builder's report has made the comment that "the deck ledger should be connected to the house correctly and supported correctly". Attached is a photo of the deck in question. It runs alongside the house for 6m at most.

I have a couple of jobs in my house that need doing: Two general cupboards need to have shelving installed and the scotia and architraves put up. A mudroom needs to be gibed with a bench and come cupboards put in A single toilet needs to be completely renovated.
