Very Simple New Build

Looking for a builder with space in their calendar to squeeze in a small build. I'm looking to build in Northlake beginning in May (or as soon as you can). The house is approx. 120sqm - just finalising plans now. It's a very simple layout, just a rectangle with a double garage, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. The sketch underneath is roughly what it'll be. The budget isn't big (about $350,000) so there won't be anything fancy.
