3 Wye Place Refurbishment

A full survey to be able to quote for the following: Repairs on corrugated metal roof (it is leaking at the moment) Renewal of flooring in the bathroom and surrounding area (Dampness) Alterations to the house to add another bedroom Refurbishment of two bathrooms Refurbishment of kitchen I would like to see quotations in by October and work starting in January and being completed by the end of the month if possible. It may be that we have to move my son and family who live there to move out while some of the interior work is being completed. Your advice on timescales would be appreciated. Although my son lives in Queenstown, I live in Scotland and would try to be in Queenstown in January to assist where I can in getting this house back into good repair.
