Outdoor kitchen, external bathroom

Bit of an unusual job whereby inside an old ruin is a kitchen, and a bathroom, both in dire need of a good tidy up - and also need some windows installed. Reasonably difficult to explain, so probably best to arrange a time to have a look. No major rush, so could be used as a weekender, but ideally completed by the end of summer.
