A double garage with workshop and studio area. Small bathroom with shower and toilet within the Studio. Large sectional automatic garage door for the garage and a smaller one for the workshop. The concrete floor to be insulted to housing standard. We require the studio area and bathroom lined and finished. The other two areas finished enough to get consent, we require the ability to layout the garage and workshop to our liking. Total Sq area is approximately 120sqm. Would rather have job managed completely rather than dealing with different trades and including council consents. Time frame is finished by next summer. If the site and costings allow we may want to make it into a triple garage, we discuss further.
