Plan to have framing repairs complete, wrapped & cavity battens on for end of first week in November. Will require installation of Axon & Linea cladding including, flashing of penetrations. All materials provided and on site ( possibly Hardie mouldings to source depending on final details ). Sundry work may include putting up a small facade of cedar shingles, install new fascias to gables & new barge flashings. New soffits to be installed where old soffit removed. Reinstate gutter, down pipes, etc to old layout ( existing connections stormwater connections )
