Man Shed

Man shed (snooker room) in a garden, which would require some landscaping as the garden is on multiple levels, and sloping. Most likely will require earth removal, and retaining walls. A concrete pad, power and water services, would be preferred and assistance with building consent would be needed. The building itself could be either custom build or pre-fab, again, I would be seeking advice on options. Approximate dimensions would be 10M * 6M, depending on suitability. Initially, I need advice and ideas on what possible options there might be. There is no immediate deadline, although if possible, completion this year would be great, but not essential.
