Small job - skirting board replaced.

Hi, this is a super small job but we have no DIY skills to do it ourselves. Just need a small section of skirting board taken off and replaced. No painting required as we can do that. Skirting has cracked as it is next to a shower and we are not sure if the original builders used correct timber and/or appropriate paint. Happy for an estimated quote off of photos or for you to provide an hourly rate as understand it’s not worth coming out to quote such a small job.
