Bedroom linings

I have a bedroom and attached walk in wardrobe that I want the following done to prior to painting by myself: Add additional ceilings overtop of popcorn covered ceiling already in place. Already have some of the materials required (lining boards and fasteners) but need insulation and any wood framing. Remove bedroom wall lining of bedroom walls that are outside facing. Add insulation and reline. Fill all joints and apply one coat of primer. Would like this job done asap (this month or next).
