Maintenance/repairs in preparation for repainting
Job description
General repairs/maintenance to small (100sqm) , single storey, timber home including: - Replace/repair gable ends - Replace fascia and reinstall/replace guttering - Replace soffits (timber?) - Install and finish 2 X new windows (flashings, scribers etc) to replace old windows - Replace flashings for 5 existing windows (windows to be replaced later) - Replace any weatherboards judged as too damaged to recommend for simply repainting Ongoing works expected after repainting

Zac was fantastic with communication and consulting with me regarding options about how to proceed and discussing the pros and cons of various approaches. The project threw the odd challenge along the way but Zac came up with good solutions that would work for our quirky house. Always on time or in contact ahead of time to explain why he'd be later than expected. He was really great to deal with and we would not hesitate to have him back to do other projects around the place. Cheers.
