Additional buyers inspection and quote for new home

We've been provided with a prepurchase inspection for a house we're interested in (auction). There are areas in the report where further investigation by a licenced building professional and/or structural engineer is recommended. We would like to get an estimate to fix the repairs and an indication of which are immediately urgent and which can be done in time. We need this assessment done urgently due to the pending auction and need to satisfy the banks (and ourselves) that this house isn't going to be a money pit. I can't attach a photo but am able to provide the builders report on request. Thanks.
