Progressive payment schedule  Covered by 3rd party guarantee i.e. Master Builders’ Association "New Home Guarantee" or NZ Certified Builders Insurance Contract works insurance including public liability must be held and confirms the following is covered;  1. Loss of deposit;  2. Workmanship;  3. Non-Completion.  4. Public liability insurance of at least $1m
