Remove and fill in a window

We need an exterior window removed and filled in. It is old joinery which is loose and breezy. It faces the street and lets in a lot of noise. At the moment it is covered so loss of light isn't an issue. We will install a skylight later (you could possibly quote for this too as if it's not too expensive, we could do both at the same time). The window measures 154cm x 115cm and has easy, ground level access. We may also coordinate an insulation installer for the same time to spray some foam insulation.
