change layout of house

1. I would like a wall knocked out to open up my current dining room. The wall that will be knocked out backs on to a bedroom. (2 wardrobes need to be removed) 2. The lounge on the other side of that bedroom I would like to turn into 2 bedrooms ( this involves putting up a couple of walls.) Its pretty tricky to explain on paper but you will get a clearer picture by viewing job. Be good to have it completed by xmas or sometime in the early new year :)
