1. Remove internal wall (extending 2nd lounge by removing a bedroom) 2. Install double external french doors 3. Remove a small window (replace with wall) 4. Re-clad damaged external cladding section (2.5m x 4m) 5. Repair 2 x rotten weather boards 6. Remove and re-line lower level lounge (wall and ceiling) with gib 7. Repair a couple of windows 8. Several joinery units (windows / doors / meter board) don’t have head flashings and a few are missing scribers. Add only where necessary.
