Bedroom extension and fire rating kitchen
Job description
We have a studio flat set up in the rumpus room of our house. The little kitchen was never done through council and we would like to do this properly. So removing all gib, fire and sound proofing etc and going through the council to ensure it is done legally, and then putting the existing little kitchen back in its original place. We also want to extend by adding a bedroom in the man cave behind the rumpus room. Plans are currently with our draftsman and should be completed within the next 10 days or so. As soon as we have plans we will be asking for builders to price up the job before we go to council. The photos are of the man cave where the bedroom extension would be built and the studio flat itself. The man cave is behind the long wall of the studio flat. We are also looking to start ASAP - we have a baby coming in November and would love to have the job completed by then..............We realise this may not be realistic but if that timeframe is possible for you that would be a massive bonus.
