Laundry remodel and wall removal
Job description
We have had our hot water changed to gas and removed the tank. Of course I have found a fair amount of mould. I am removing so much wall we might as well remove the wall and remodel the laundry.... Not sure if the wall is structural, pretty sure it's not. It has some piping and the old hot water electrical in it, we have a plumber and electrician that are pretty good if need be. Any options are on the table

All the issues came from underestimating the time to complete the work. However, this had a lot to do with the pressure of the original deadline given by us and MGFI being relatively new to the project lead game. Good finish in the end, Kurt also gave some really good design ideas and innovative thinking/solutions. Always happy to help or solve issues and do a little bit extra without charge.
