Installation of accoustic wood panelling onto wall

I have 6 x 2400x600mm accoustic wood panels that I need installed onto our wall in the dining room. We have wooden skirts and ceiling cornices that need to be romoved and then painted. We have a power plug, light switch and central heating panels on the wall, as seen in the photos.
