Decks and steps for new decks 700mm above ground

We have 2 new houses in Porirua that need entry steps and decks to be built. Access is easy to site. 1) Flat land. Deck is 2.8m x 4m with 1000mm wide steps leading up, 4 risers. Also want second steps off same deck on other side down to rear garden. Not sure of width yet. 2) Flat land. Deck is 1.5m x 1.2m with 1000m steps leading up. 4 risers. 3) On a slope but less than 1.5m above ground. Deck is 2.5m x 3.2m approx. Will need hand rails. No photos as its a new site and transportable homes wont be completed till 11 Oct.
