Fireplace & Wall Removal

We have a Pegasus freestanding wood burner + tube chimney + brick hearth that we wish to remove from our upstairs lounge. We need someone to remove the fireplace, remove the part of the hearth that is on the floor, remove the chimney tube and make good the exterior and interior of the roof so it is weathertight and waterproof, and meets any necessary regulations. We plan to paint the brick (ourselves) and keep it as a feature wall with shelving attached, so the hearth and ledge need to be removed as cleanly as possible. We are also wanting an existing wall removed (pictured, with two bifold door entrances) to create an open plan living space. We would also like a door added to our hallway, and at the top of the stairs. And are interested in repurposing the current (pictured) bifold doors to do this. Because of the nature of this work, we need it to be done by a certified builder. Our timeframe is flexible, but before November would be ideal, if possible. Many thanks.
