Replace some boards in my Garage

My Garage is covered with some cheap wood-like material. I had a leakage on the hot water cylinder adjacent to the wall that damaged the boards and now are looking ugly. The leak has been permanently fixed, I am now looking for an affordable way to replace the wet board. See photos. Please send me some indication of cost when contacting me. I also need this asap please. Thank you
