Freestanding fireplace removal

We have a Pegasus freestanding wood burner + tube chimney + brick hearth that we wish to remove from our upstairs lounge. We need someone to remove the fireplace, remove the part of the hearth that is on the floor, remove the chimney tube and make good the exterior and interior of the roof so it is weathertight and waterproof, and meets any necessary regulations. Behind the fireplace is also an entire wall of brick. At this stage, we plan to leave it intact as are unsure about the cost and difficulty of dismantling/replacing it, particularly as there will still be a need for soundproofing for the room behind. BUT we would welcome advice regarding what to do about it, and if an idea seems feasible we may consider adding this as part of the job. (One option we’re weighing up includes putting a new wall over the brick, and eventually building shelving into it that includes the ability to wall mount a tv, if possible). Thanks 😊
