Onslow Road carport repair

Need to undertake repair of rusted post/rotted area in beam on right hand side of carport that supports beam under roof. Metal circular Post height is 2200mm from ground level. Supports wooden beam (5m x 220mm wide x 45mm deep) Cross beams are attached to wooden beam (don't need repair) Timing: Early to mid Jan 2021 (flexible) Looking for quotes to either (1) Affix new bracket from post to existing beam (and consider repair of beam where rotten) (2) Replace post with new one (plus concrete footing) and replace beam See photos below
