External wall

We have an external wall with a window and want to convert the section into a door. This is not a load bearing wall. The person who applies for this job should be a registered builder and also should have a relevant insurance . The person should have knowledge of any consents that are needed, if any(may not be needed). We will need a door also, preferably an aluminium. We are looking for quotes. Previous experience is required.
