Room Extension

I am looking at extending a downstairs bedroom internally as well as adding walls and sliding door to partition half of the garage turning it into a livable space. I am also wanting to add a toilet and shower plus kitchenette so making the space fully self-contained. I also need the laundry closet space opened up to fit an upright freezer.
