Window, roof, & rangehood
Job description
I need a new louver window installed or existing one repaired to fix leak. Will require the roofing iron in front of the window to be lifted and new building paper put in once the window fixed. Internal ceiling panel will need replacing as well. Would also like to have a new extractor range hood put in at same time.

No problems and would use Latch Construction (Lachie) again for sure. He did work with help of another young man. Very long delay in job starting from the initial expected date, but not all Lachie's fault, and overall it did not bother us as was not an urgent job. Once the job was started they were very prompt. Lachie is a nice bloke, easy to talk too, he does take sometime in replying back to messages left but I guess he busy working hard. I recommend Latch Construction without reservation.

"Thanks for the feedback. Once again I am sorry for the time delay. This time of year all trades are flat out this means delays for quotes and orders. I should have replied earlier to your texts, I was always waiting for a reply from the window company. I don't like disappointing people.
