Home Extension - Living Room + Ensuite

My wife and I are looking to have an extension completed on our home. We are currently waiting for final drawings (which should be complete in 1-2 weeks), but we have a 'Pricing Set' ready which should provide all the information required for a quote to be drawn up. Once the final drawings have been made they will be sent to council and work could potentially start at the end of June. The Pricing Set is in PDF format so I cant attach it to this post, however if you are interested, get in touch and I can email it to you. Extension/Renovation Summary: - Open up the entrance area. - Lengthen and widen the living area. - Add an ensuite and walk in wardrobe to the main bedroom. - Move the laundry to the garage. Thanks :)
