Garage rebuild/ extension

We have a dilapidated single garage that we want to look into refurbishing and extending, or tearing down and rebuilding. The garage has a consented small bathroom in the rear that we would like to keep, and to extend the garage backwards into the garden to add a sleepout/ guestroom for our two bedroom house. The existing garage is on the boundary of our property, but we are happy to move it 1m away to avoid difficulties with firewalls, engineers and the like. The plan is to use the garage both as a space to store our car overnight, but as a brewery that can be used during weekends as a hobby. The Satellite view is of the property as it currently is (number 204). There are some vegetable planters but they are at least 4m away from the back of the garage so there's plenty of room to extend. Not urgent but we would like to get this done this year. More photos to come.
