Heretaunga St Major renovation

A builder is required to help with a major renovation to 3 x 1 bedroom units which we are changing 3 x 2 bedroom units. We have a building permit for this job so an LBP is required. I have had a lot of experience doing major renovations and will be project managing and supplying all materials so this will be a labour hourly rate job. I will also be on-site to help where required. We had a builder booked but is now unable to do the job. Late July or early August start date required.
