Tenants trashed the property and did a runner. Urgently seeking a builder/carpenter/kitchen renovation trade person/team to get in to repair/renovate the property in the shortest amount of time possible. Works include but not limited to: - Remove the separate wall between kitchen and dinning area, making it open space - Complete kitchen renovation, - Repair rotten windowsills, - Repair/replace broken doors, - Painting, and etc The pictures will give you some ideas.
