Job description
We require a qualified builder to complete renovations/alterations to our existing sleep out. Work involves removal of existing shower and installation of a new shower. Adding additional walls as per sketch. Complete reline of internal walls, gib stopping and painting of walls and existing ceiling. Adding 2x new built in wardrobes. Removal of existing mezzanine and existing bathroom ceiling to open up to full height. Replace existing 3 sliding doors with new sliders. Our sleep out is approximately 9m x 6m. We would also like a price to re roof the sleep out. Currently corogated iron, would like to replace with new Long run iron (wide channel).

Great to work with. Very good communication. I was kept well informed on progress and any queries I had were promptly replied to. Both builders were friendly, approachable and willing to answer any questions I had. The job was started on time and finished within the agreed timeframe. Work to remove the shower which was not done (due to plumbing issues) was removed from the initial quote and not charged for. I would recommend JBarr. Rachael Jacobs
