Building a new home

I am in the process of purchasing a new home kitset from Highmark homes and would like to get estimates to build a new 160m2 brick 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with internal garage. I am not sure if the bricklaying is done by the builder or by a bricklayer please advise. I would also like an estimate on plumbing, electrical, work as well if at all possible. I also would like an estimate on a concrete pad and driveway for this property, The house is to be built on a 567m2 flat section in the Palmerston North area.
