Building - mixed bag

Hi, we are looking to purchase a property but before we do, we'd like a builder to inspect the ceiling cavity and under floor for any obvious signs of water leaks please. That's priority one. If we purchase, we'd also like to renovate the kitchen and bathroom, so would like to ask questions about the removal of one or two small walls - and if that would be possible. New kitchen required, tiling, plastering etc. Bath and vanity need replacing, potentially the addition of a shower (space permitting). The home needs lots of TLC, so we need an experienced tradie who won't let us over capitalize! Thanks Suz
