Timber Framing and cladding

I need to close in the front of a commercial building. Engineered so no consents. The building has a 10m x 2.4m opening in the top section of the building that we have been asked to close in so that we can cover with signage. In will need a timber frame and to be clad for cosmetics on the rear and front, but covered with signage. I need a local builder to give me a hand on site as labour only.
