Qualified builder to construct kit set home

We are in the process of having plans drawn up for a house at our Waiotahe (Opotiki) section. The section is flat and we have opted for a 118m2 single level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom kit set home. We are looking for a qualified builder to project manage and construct the house including installing a rib-raft (or similar) foundation, building the deck, and all the electrical, plumbing and gas installation fit-out. Internal painting to be done by owners. The garage will be included in the permit but built at a later date. We would like the project completed within 6 months.
