I have a 2 storey house and there's a leak in the top bathroom which is causing damage directly underneath it. ( ceiling in bottom bathroom ) I have had a plumber come in but can not find the leak . So I need a builder to rip out the bottom ceiling? And hopefully spot the leak from there and I can get the plumber back in. Then fix my ceiling aswell. Also have another possible job if you can find the cause for a soft spot in the kitchen. Then maybe you can fix that to. These will be 2 seperate jobs/quotes. Because they will be going through my insurance. I will send photos of damaged ceiling .
