Job description
Work involves placing a 200mm x 50mm x 5.4m beam (non structural) across the front of the Car port, 2 x (320 x 100) supports, either side of the carport ,to support the beam and three noggins in the ceiling.

Loui is a very good Tradesman. I have been involved in the Property Industry for 30years and Loui is up there with the better ones. His communications and explanations are excellent. As seen in the photos his workmanship is spot on. The hours he did the job in were a lot less than other tradesmen estimated. His hourly rate is more than reasonable. I highly recommend Loui.
