water leak/damage to a room.
Job description
I need someone to come out and look at the leak/water damage that happened after the storm on Sunday night. I don't know how the water got in under the door or if it came down from above. There is a conservatory above the room, and the conservatory has 2 'walls' which are glass and aluminum joinery. The door opens onto a deck which is about 2 meters above ground level. The paint has bubbled on the right hand side of the door (inside), and also on the left hand side in the ceiling of the room, above the door. I have had an issue with this before - usually with extreme strong winds and rain from an easterly direction And the conservatory has had some leaks too. I have never done this before so I have absolutely no idea of cost, even though this is asked for.
