We require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building work. The work involves GIB lining (fire rated) a lean to garage between two units. The council have given building consent to line the lean to garage. Plans have been draw up to ensure it meets current fire standards. Double lining on each side, wood framing in between and one across the ceiling.
