Kitchen/Butlers Pantry Framing

We need a registered builder to install a timber beam spanning approximately 3 meters, walls built for kitchen and butler’s pantry layout, framing only. We need the door on the butlers pantry to be an Internal sliding door. All walls are none supporting apart from the beam which may or may not need consent, we will need advice on this. We are flexible on start time, however once the job has been started we would expect it to be worked on and completed within an agreed time frame.
