Response to Building surveyors inspection report.

A weather tightness inspection was carried out at the property and it identified areas requiring immediate action. These items have been summarised within the body of the report. Please note the estimate provided below is not based on any information and is merely a best guess based on industry experience. Please contact me directly for a copy of the report which also includes relevant photographs. These works are required as a part of a refinancing application and a quotation is required to be turned around relatively quickly (1-2 weeks).
