Install (Build and Supply) Small/Medium Doorway to Basement

I want to get a small/medium sized doorway installed going down to our basement (opening into basement area) below the upstairs stairway. Job would be to supply and build the door, door frame and wall surround, including GIB and insulation. Not including plastering or painting. Source your own materials, haven't got a preference as long as it works satisfactorily. Dimensions are ~920mm wide x ~2220mm high, with small diagonal in top right corner. House is of Lockwood design, so no wall or ceiling cavities. Not wanting to replicate the Lockwood design for this doorway. Pictures should help, let me know if there's any questions.
