Job description
I have discovered the 3m cedar beam has major rot on the exposed end, and will need to be replaced. It's a 1970's house in Chatswood, Birkenhead Need a builder who is experienced with this type of construction I suggest you call me to make a time to inspect & quote Could do fixed quote or hourly rate. This was a tricky job replacing an existing beam which had some rot. Ali and team handled it with ease and professionalism They found some innovative ways to minimise disrupting nearby cladding There was good communication, and very punctual Recommended
