Detailed invasive Weathertight inspection and report

We have a 1997 home that has two areas where water can enter by overflowing internal gutters. I would like a builder with experience in this to dig into the issue and identify the current level of damage to get a detailed understanding on what we need to fix. This job is purely for the detailed inspection and report. It will then enable us to choose a clear course of action. Please note we are not after a general report. We require an invasive detailed investigation from which a plan of action can be taken.
