Alter layout of three rooms

Current layout is bedroom, bathroom and wash house joined by a small hallway. The idea is to combine bathroom and wash house so current hall way can become cupboards. Relocate bedroom door to a different wall. See basic diagrams attached. I can do finishing gib and painting work, but need someone to do the more major construction and electrical work. Basic requirements are: 1. Remove hall way wall 2. Remove bathroom/ wash house wall 3. Fill in current bedroom door as a wall. 4. Create new bedroom door on lounge wall 5. Replace current sliding door with swinging door 6. Build cupboards frame There is electrical and plumbing on one of the walls that will need to be shifted and we can discuss this at the initial inspection.
