Replacing floor in corner of bedroom - small residential

Hi, There is some water damage to a corner of the floor in my unit. I am wanting someone to cut out the damaged part and replace with new floor (just that portion of the floor probably). It is possible to get underneath the floor by going under the house, but the clearance area under this damaged part is about a foot in height. The work needs to be carried out on Wednesday 4th, Thursday 12th, or Saturday 7th this week but it must be finished by Sunday 8th. Please get in touch only if you can commit to this timeframe.
